ITANAGAR, Jul 23: Former MLA candidate for the Likabali assembly constituency, Gumke Riba, has resigned from the primary membership of the Peoples’ Party of Arunachal (PPA). Riba informed this in a letter addressed to the PPA party president on Monday.
