ITANAGAR, Jul 24: A delegation of BJP workers of the Itanagar assembly constituency, led by its three mandal presidents TK Tagru (Naharlagun), Tadar Patung (Itanagar) and Tamchi Eha (Nirjuli), along with various youth leaders of the BJP called on Chief Minister Pema Khandu in his office on Tuesday and held discussions on issues pertaining to the development of the society and the state.
The team apprised the chief minister of the disruption in road communication due to incessant rain in the ongoing monsoon season, and discussed strategies to develop and strengthen the education, health and law and order situation in the capital complex.
The mandal presidents informed that the chief minister assured to give priority to road communication, health and education sectors. He also urged the members to join hands with the government and extend their support in developing the state.
