JOLLANG, Jul 26: Itanagar-based organization Indo-Global-Social-Society conducted an awareness programme on gender sensitization at the government middle school here on Thursday.
A team of resource persons including social work students from Rajiv Gandhi University, Hibu Murchi and Lilin Pulu, and Kave Teronpi from Dibrugarh University delivered lectures on physical, verbal, sexual and psychological abuse during the programme.
The team also conducted essay and drawing competitions on gender sensitization.
