KIMIN, Aug 9: The Education and Cultural Development Society (ECDS) here in Papum Pare district urged the education department and the education minister to formulate a mechanism for phase-wise regularization of SSA teachers in the state.
“Many new teachers were recruited through the director of school education, whereas experienced SSA teachers are not regularized,” the ECDS said in a press release, and claimed that no DPC was conducted and there has been no phase-wise regularization of SSA teachers after the present education minister took charge.
The ECDS advocated that 50 percent of teachers’ posts should be filled up through regularization of SSA teachers and the other 50 percent should be appointed through fresh recruitment.
