KOLORIANG, Sep 1: The Indigenous Faith & Cultural Society of Arunachal Pradesh (IFCSAP) organised a district level literary competition at the Kurung Kumey DC’s conference hall here on Saturday “to maintain competitive spirit amongst children.”
IFCSAP district president Nisso Tania informed that 20 students of Classes 10, 11 and 12 from Sangram and Koloriang were selected to participate in the essay and extempore speech competitions.
The essay competition was on ‘the role of youth in indigenous Arunachal’, while the extempore speech was based on the theme, ‘Loss of culture and loss of identity’.
The winners will be awarded prizes and certificates on 3 September, Tania said.
