ITANAGAR, Sep 5: The Arunachal Pradesh ATMA Staff Association (APASA) submitted a five-point memorandum to Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday, and sought early fulfilment of its demands.
Its demands include early appointment against the vacant post of deputy project director, creation of separate cells at district and block levels, regular disbursement of salary along with 10 percent annual increment as per the 2014 guidelines, entry grade for the post of block technology manager and regularization of job.
The APASA claimed that the employees of ATMA are being deprived of various benefits despite performing their duties for the past several years in the state.
“The ATMA employees do not have any job security despite delivering quality service for the state under many constraints,” the union said.
