VADODARA (Gujarat), Sep 21: Techi Doria scored 122 as Arunachal beat Sikkim by 49 runs in their second match of the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy being played at Motibaug cricket ground here.
In the previous match, Arunachal had beaten Mizoram.
After winning the toss, Sikkim captain Nilesh Lamichaney invited Arunachal captain Kamsha Yangfo to bat first.
Doria struck 122 in 149 balls in a 154-run opening stand with Samarth Seth (89) in 64 balls. Arunachal scored 306 in their allotted 50 overs, losing four wickets.
Chasing the target, Sikkim could mange to score 257 in 50 overs, losing seven wickets.
