ITANAGAR, Nov 20: The Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC) has issued a show cause notice to Poma RWD Division Executive Engineer Techi Jobea, directing him to appear for hearing on 30 November to answer why penalty should not be imposed on him for refusing to furnish information to RTI appellants Nabam Nyajung and Nabam Karu in connection with Case No APIC-232/2018.
