ITANAGAR, Nov 26: Arunachal Pradesh PWD (Highway) Chief Engineer Toli Basar has been appointed as the president of the Indian Road Congress (IRC) for 2018-’19.
A recipient of several NGO awards, Basar was also awarded a gold medal in 2011-’12 by the state government in recognition of his outstanding services to the state in the field of engineering.
