PASIGHAT, Dec 3: A six-day skill development training for rural youths, organized by the State Agriculture Management and Extension Training Institute (SAMETI) commenced here in East Siang district on Monday.
The trainees will be imparted knowledge on mushroom production technologies by a pool of resource persons drawn from SAMETI and College of Horticulture and Forestry, Pasighat.
Director of SAMETI DJ Das advised the trainees to reap the benefits of the training for self employment and sustainable development of the agriculture sector.
