DAPORIJO, Dec 14: Recalling last year’s poor CBSE exam results, Upper Subansiri DC Danish Ashraf emphasized on ensuring that students show good results in the next CBSE exam.
Addressing principals and headmasters from different secondary and higher secondary schools, and BEOs and BRCCs from different educational blocks during a meeting here on Friday, Ashraf said, “This time good results should be achieved by the students in the upcoming CBSE examination.”
Commending the state government’s decision to introduce the pre-board examination system in government schools, the DC urged all concerned to take the coming pre-board examination seriously.
He also directed the officers to follow the biometric attendance system. “Employees who are not getting enrolled in the biometric attendance system will not be paid their salary,” the DC said.
He said the administration would provide inverters to the Kodak GHSS and the Taliha, Siyum and Nacho GSS’ to ensure smooth running of the smart classrooms in those schools. (DIPRO)
