With deep anguish, I would like to appeal BSNL authority to restore the mobile network soon at Pappu Nallah area of Naharlagun. In fact, since last week there is breakdown of BSNL mobile network at Pappu Nallah, Naharlagun.
Therefore, the concern authority are appealed to resume the services sooner.
