ROING, Jan 24: Thirty-two people underwent training in suryanamaskar, asanas and pranayama during a 10-day ‘yoga satra’ organised by the Roing branch of the Vivekananda Kendra Arunjyoti here recently.
Niharika Sain, wife of SP Sanjay Kr Sain, attended the concluding function on Thursday, and advised the participants to practice yoga regularly at home.
The course was conducted by Amutha Krishnan, who is trained by Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari.
