AALO, Jan 24: Tourism Minister Jarkar Gamlin and West Siang DC Swetika Sachan on Thursday took stock of the preparations for the Yomgo River Festival (YRF) which begins here on 1 February.
The duo interacted with officials of the line departments and members of the organising committee and the Aalo Town Peoples’ Welfare and Development Society.
The preparations are being carried out by the area’s youths on self-help basis, pending fund allocation from the government.
