Forum submits memo to CM

ITANAGAR, Jan 30: The Siyum Nacho Limeking Taksing Border Area Intellectual Forum (SINALTABAIF), in a three-point memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister on 22 January, demanded early fulfilment of its demands, which include immediate consideration for creation of a new district for Koduk-Ha, Siyum, Nacho, Limeking and Taksing circle.
“Koduk-Ha, Siyum, Nacho, Limeking and Taksing circles are located very far away from their present district headquarters (Daporijo). The people of these areas have been facing much hardship in terms of communication and working out their various assignments. Hence, the people of Koduk-Ha, Siyum, Nacho, Limeking and Taksing circles have been pleading to the state government for the last four years for early creation of a separate district,” the forum claimed.
It has also demanded establishment of a State Bank of India branch and ensuring 3G BSNL connectivity at Nacho, besides establishment of a police station at Siyum circle.
