KHONSA, Feb 1: Several patients from Tirap and Longding districts benefitted from a four-day video endoscopy and eye screening camp organised here by the Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti in association with the Tirap District Health Society from 28 January.
In four days, 118 endoscopy procedures were done, while 202 patients got their eyes examined.
Senior gastroenterologist from the USA, Dr Vinayak Kulkarni, and Pune (Maharashtra)-based ophthalmologist Dr Udayan Dixit conducted the camp, which was inaugurated by Tirap SP Jitendra Meena.
