ITANAGAR, Feb 18: The All Nyishi Students’ Union has requested the education secretary to defer her inspection of educational institutes of the state as the Nyokum Yullo festival is celebrated in February by the Nyishi community and several officers of the education department are assigned to the festival committees.
The union also volunteered to participate in the inspection of the educational institutions in the Nyishi-inhabited districts of the state.
