ITANAGAR, Mar 7: The All Arunachal Volunteers Sena district unit Kurung Kumey (AAVSDUKK) has opposed the proposed 12 hours Kra Daadi district bandh call announced by Arunachal Trans Highway Indigenous Victims Committee, Kra Daadi district on 8 March next.
The association has in a release on Thursday, stated that the committee’s charter of demands was not in the interest of the people of the districts of Kra Daadi and Kurung Kumey and that the proposed will impede the ongoing CBSE exams.
The AAVSDUKK further demanded the state government to take up steps to ensure early maintenance of the dilapidated road which has been causing much inconvenience to the people of both the districts.
