Career guidance prog held

HOLLONGI, May 9: Students from various schools participated in a career guidance programme organised by Morning Star English School here on the Assam-Arunachal boundary on Wednesday.
Morning Star is a residential school which houses students from different communities of Assam and Arunachal.
Addressing the participants, Guwahati-based North East Youth Foundation’s ‘career mentor’ Ranjan K Baruah spoke on the importance of communication, passion, creativity and positive thinking in building one’s career.
He advised the students to “avoid friends and seniors with negative attitude to move ahead in life.”
The school’s managing director Budhiram Basumatary and principal Brihat Basumatery, besides teachers and parents, attended the programme.
