Memorandum submitted to DC

ITANAGAR, Jul 19: The All Itanagar Youth Welfare Association submitted a three-point memorandum to the capital complex deputy commissioner on Friday and urged him to take urgent steps to address the issues “in the larger interest of the general public.”
The association’s demands are: early completion of National Highway 415 from Chandannagar to Papu Nallah, re-verification of allotment of land in Itanagar, and “fixation and control of market prices of all kinds of meat.”
