CHANGLANG, Jul 22: Changlang DC RK Sharma asked all the executing departments in the district to submit their progress reports regularly and complete the schemes within the timeframes.
Addressing a meeting of the district level monitoring committee here on Monday, the DC reviewed the schemes being implemented by various departments under the RIDF, the SIDF, the SADA, etc, and asked the departments to submit the “existing status of all the ongoing schemes.”
District Planning Officer (DPO) Shamee Timba presented the sectoral budget approved by the state government. He requested the departments concerned to submit “pending utilization certificates against the fund utilized under the BADP.”
The DPO stressed that the executing departments should follow the geo-tagging process in implementing all the state and centrally sponsored schemes.
Earlier, the HoDs of the executing departments highlighted the progress of works and the difficulties being faced by them during implementation of the schemes.
