PASIGHAT, Sep 3: The College of Horticulture & Forestry (CHF) here in East Siang district on Tuesday organised a workshop under the RKVY RAFTAAR Agri-Business Incubator (R-ABI) project.
Imphal (Manipur)-based Central Agriculture University’s Extension Education Director Prof Ratan Kumar Saha, who chaired the workshop, also reviewed the progress of the R-ABI project.
While the domain coordinating co-PIs presented the activities related to their domains, the project’s principal investigator, Dr AS Mailappa, presented the overall progress of the activities under the project.
Dr Saha interacted with the business team members and incubatees, and asked the incubatees to “come up with innovative elements in their new venture to compete and survive in the existing market.”
CHF Dean Dr BN Hazarika also spoke.
