BOMDILA, Sep 10: The NCC unit of the government college here in West Kameng district on Tuesday inducted cadets for the 2019-20 session.
The college’s NCC cadets who had attended the CATC camp held at the PTC in Banderdewa from 27 August to 5 September were also felicitated during the programme.
The NCC unit was awarded as the ‘best institute’ and came out winners in various categories, such as firing, painting, volleyball, group song, group dance, and tent pitching during the CATC camp.
The college’s Principal, S Khandu, lauded the achievements of the students, and commended the NCC’s contributions.
The CTO (SD) spoke on the genesis of the college’s NCC unit, its growth, and its achievements over the years. (DIPRO)
