ITANAGAR, Sep 13: The PHE&WS department is going to celebrate the state-level Swachh Prerak Day, as part of Swachh Mahotsav-2019, on 16 September at the legislative assembly auditorium here. The programme will also feature felicitation of the state-level awardees “for their outstanding contribution during the Swachhata Darpan,” according to a release from the department.
