ITANAGAR, Oct 17: The capital complex administration has issued a traffic advisory, diverting the traffic from Papu Nallah to Raj Bhavan via Jollang from 9 pm to 6 am, from 21 October to 20 November, in view of the formation-cutting work being carried out on NH 415.
Movement of vehicles from Itanagar to Naharlagun and vice versa will be diverted via the Jollang road. The DC has asked the capital complex SP to depute staff in this regard, and directed the Naharlagun PWD highway division EE to display banners at the entry points of said roads.
