ITANAGAR, Oct 26: Legislative Assembly Speaker PD Sona will administer the oath of office to Chakat Aboh, who has been elected from the Khonsa West assembly constituency, at the DK auditorium of the state legislative assembly here on 28 October, the legislative assembly secretary has informed.
