PASIGHAT, Nov 9: A Regional Agri Fair 2019-20 themed ‘Ecosystem Approach for Sustainable Agriculture’ will be organized by the Central Agricultural University Imphal, Manipur at the Central Agricultural University’s playground here from 11 to 13 November.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, GoI, the three-day festival is being organized with the aim to bring awareness among the growers about the latest knowledge in agriculture and allied sectors and to demonstrate the innovate and feasible technologies. The growers will also be provided opportunity to interact with scientists, planners and policy makers.
Arunachal Pradesh legislative assembly Speaker Pasang D Sona, Pasighat MLA Kaling Moyong, ANGRAU, Andhra Pradesh Vice Chancellor Prof V Damodara Naidu, Rajiv Gandhi University Vice Chancellor Prof Saket Kushwaha and NERIST Director Prof HS Yadav are among those who will attend the event, the university informed.
