ITANAGAR, Jan 10: Two OBT houses were gutted in a fire accident that occurred in Niti Vihar here at around 12:30 pm on Friday. The fire brigade rushed to the spot and doused the flames. No casualty was reported. Electric short-circuit is suspected to have started the fire, police sources said.
