ITANAGAR, Mar 18: The Lower Subansiri unit of the All Nyishi Youth Association and All Yachuli Student’s Union, have in a letter to the chief secretary on Wednesday, jointly declared a 12-hour bandh call in Lower Subansiri district on 24 March from 5 am to 5 pm for alleged non-response of a joint representation served by both organisations.
Both unions have been demanding immediate shifting/ dislodging of the rural works circle (Superintending Engineer) of Ziro to Yachuli.
