DAPORIJO, May 2: Former anchal samiti member Teni Siyum passed away on 1 May here in Upper Subansiri district, after a long battle with cancer.
Siyum was an active grassroots-level leader and served the people of the area as block president and ASM.
Tourism Minister Nakap Nalo has expressed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed to the almighty to endow strength and courage to the family to bear the irreparable loss.
