ITANAGAR, May 26: The officers and staff of Arunachal Pradesh civil secretariat mourned the demise of Assistant Section Officer Hage Ranka.
In a condolence meeting, they observed two minutes silence as a mark of respect for the departed soul and conveyed heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family.
