BOLUNG, 28 Dec: NGO Social Welfare Management and Promotional Organization conducted a seminar on ‘Road safety advocacy and Covid-19’ at Bolung village in Lower Dibang Valley district on Monday.
The programme saw the participation of the district transport officer, besides representatives of the district disaster management authority, the police, health workers, and others.
