DOIMUKH 15 Mar: The government college here in Papum Pare district on Monday organized a rally from the college campus to the Doimukh market to commemorate the historic Dandi March of 1930 and pay respects to the freedom fighters.
It was part of a series of events organized by the college to celebrate 75 years of the country’s independence with the theme ‘Azadi ka Amrut Mahostav’.
The march was led by Principal Dr Taw Azu and saw the participation of faculty members and students of the college.
