The state government has sanctioned many projects at ESS Sector, Itanagar. However, most of them they are concentrated in a single area which is connected with a single-lane road. This causes much problem for all other ongoing projects. It shows that there is no intra-departmental coordination while sanctioning/approving the projects under various schemes and heads. In such a situation, there is every doubt about the completion and quality of work.
I would like to appeal to the departments concerned to divert the project to some other place for the benefit of the public because there are so many places in the capital region which need development too.
I request the chief secretary to immediately look into the matter and initiate inquiry as to how so many projects are sanctioned against a single area and why there was no coordination among the work departments.
