ITANAGAR, 2 Jun: The Capital Complex administration has introduced a token system to ensure hassle-free vaccination in the ICR after Wednesday’s chaos in the vaccination sites, especially at RK Mission Hospital here.

DC Talo Potom said the decisions were taken in a meeting with Capital SP Jimmy Chiram, DMO Dr Mandip Perme and all executive magistrates here on Wednesday.
The DC reiterated that “vaccination is our topmost priority right now and we should take all necessary measures to vaccinate each and every individual while maintaining all the SOPs.”
The DMO informed that the vaccinations will be held from 8.30 am to 5 pm in the vaccine centres of ICC at Karsingsa UPHC, Rakap UPHC and TRIHMS at the old building of Art and Culture office, Itafort UPHC, RKMH, PHC Chimpu, PTC Banderdewa, Tago Memorial Hospital Nirjuli and Borum HWC.
He also informed that the vaccination would be held for both the 18 to 44 years and 45 years and above categories. (DIPRO)
