ITANAGAR, 20 Jul: Three persons have reportedly been arrested for allegedly sharing a morphed picture of Chief Minister Pema Khandu and a woman.
As per police sources, all three are from Arunachal.
Earlier on Tuesday, one Tadar Kayu, a resident of Naharlagun, lodged an FIR, claiming that some people were sharing objectionable morphed pictures of the CM on WhatsApp, and that he had also received the picture from an unknown number.
