Changlang district won the Swachh City Award under the Swachh Survekshan 2021 (Urban) in a ceremony organized by the union housing & urban affairs ministry in New Delhi on Saturday. Changlang has been named the ‘Best city in innovation & best practices’ in the Northeast zone.
