A scene like this is common at TRIHMS, the lone medical college of the state. Visitors litter the hospital and stain the walls with paan/gutkah spit. Despite several appeals from the hospital authorities, visitors continue to litter TRIHMS. Lack of cleanliness is emerging as one of the main issues concerning the hospital.
