BOMDILA, 6 Jul: West Kameng district administration in collaboration with Arunachal Tourism Society on Wednesday organized a plantation drive at Mani Park here to mark the 87th birthday of the 14th Dalai Lama.
Over 200 Rhododendron and 100 saplings each of Star Anise and Maple were planted. Many flowering plants were donated by the government officials for beautification of the garden.
Government employees and monks of Lower Gonpa participated in the plantation drive. (DIPRO)
