ITANAGAR, 23 Sep: Governor KT Parnaik has conveyed greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Ke-Meh-Ha festival of the Idu Mishmi community, and expressed hope that the festival would bring prosperity and happiness to all.
“On this festive day, I join my Idu Mishmi brethren in praying to Apeh Milih of Apesha, the goddess of crops, and Manu, the spirit of the field and granary, to bestow their blessings upon us all,” the governor said. (Raj Bhavan)
