LIKABALI, 29 Sep: As part of the ongoing celebration of Sewa Parv 2025, a painting competition on the theme ‘Vision of Viksit Bharat’ was organised by the Art & Culture Department, in collaboration with the Lower Siang district administration, at the Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) here on Monday.
The competition, which was held in the GHSS auditorium, witnessed active participation of students.
Sewa Parv, which is celebrated across the country from 17 September, will culminate on Gandhi Jayanti on 2 October, and the district is keenly taking up various welfare activities, such as art, creativity, cleanliness drives, etc.
The event was attended by prominent educationist and retired principal Mimar Nyori, ADC-cum-mentor of the GHSS Mokar Riba, and District Art & Culture Officer Augusti Jamoh, among others.
The painters of the three best paintings of the competition will be felicitated on 2 October. (DIPRO)
