WALONG, 21 Apr: The first day of training for the enumerators and supervisors under Walong-Kibithoo in Anjaw district was conducted on Monday.
The session focused on capacity building and equipping the participants with knowledge of technology-enabled processes aimed at ensuring accurate and efficient data collection.
Highlighting the ease of the new system, Walong-II GB Mohemlu Tulang completed her self-enumeration in the presence of Directorate of Census Operations’Assistant Director Mandeep Raj.
Officials expressed optimism that more prominent members of the community would come forward to undertake self-enumeration, thereby encouraging wider public participation in the census. (DIPRO)
