YINGKIONG, Jan 18: Over 30 ATMAs and extension functionaries participated in a capacity building programme for implementation of agriculture schemes, conducted here in Upper Siang district by the Pasighat-based State Agriculture Management Institute on Thursday.
Assistant Directors (Education) S Dini and MN Bori were the main resource persons of the training. ADOs M Ete and A Nangkar also spoke on the occasion.
