AALO, 11 Feb: The West Siang District Planning Committee finalized the district’s 2022-23 GPDP and ZPDP annual action plan (AAP) during a meeting chaired here by DC Penga Tato on Friday.
The meeting was attended by ZPC Babom Romin, ZPMs and officials of line departments.
The DC urged all stakeholders, including government servants, work departments, HoDs and panchayat members, to work in close coordination, and said that the work agencies “should keep in touch with the respective administrative officers to look into any law and order problem in work execution.”
The ZPC stressed on “maintaining normal working procedural system among the officers; issuing of work order below Rs 50 lakhs as per the recent government order; uploading the names of old age pension in web portal on time; allotment of land to people who are permanently residing with permanent structures; timely financial benefits to selected beneficiaries; and intimating the panchayat leaders about funding and schemes from all sources.”
