YINGKIONG, 6 May: Supervisors, gram sevikas, anganwadi workers and ASHAs participated in a training programme under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) at the CDPO office here in Upper Siang district on Friday.
After PMMVY district programme assistant Okang Tali presented a brief on the PMMVY and its implementation, Medical Officer Dr Geying Pertin spoke about the importance of institutional delivery, mother child protection card, and other maternity benefit-related schemes.
