ITANAGAR, 16 May: Sachin Rana has joined as new deputy commissioner of Papum Pare district. An IAS officer of 2014 batch, Sachin was posted as special secretary, UD department and director Mission Shiksha, govt of Arunachal Pradesh.
An engineer by qualification from prestigious IIT, Delhi, he has served in Delhi and Chandigarh. (DIPRO)
