NARI-KOYU, 26 May: The Ramie Banggo Welfare Society (RBWS) here in Lower Siang district has deeply mourned the demise of former chief secretary Takap Ringu.
Describing him as a “great human being, a generous person concerned for all, a prominent officer, leader and dedicated social worker,” the RBWS said that his death has created a void that cannot be filled.
It conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
