ZIRO, 27 Jun: The All Param Putu Circle Youth Association submitted a four-point memorandum, containing demands, to the Lower Subansiri deputy commissioner on Monday.
The association’s demands are: creation of an independent ADC headquarters in Param Putu; establishment of a 50-bedded hospital in Param Putu; upgrading of the government middle school in Loth; and de-notification of Param Putu as panchayat forest from the Tali reserve forest.
