ITANAGAR, 29 May: The Arunachal Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC) will stage a peaceful dharna at IG Park here on 30 May from 10 am onwards as its first phase of democratic movement, demanding immediate and unconditional release of all the persons detained during the recent 72-hour capital bandh.
