ITANAGAR, 19 Nov: Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) celebrated the 106th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan here on Sunday.
APCC president Nabam Tuki led the party leaders and workers in paying floral tributes to the portrait of Gandhi on the occasion.
